Taking the biscuit

I recently interviewed Steve Fudge, third generation family member and owner of Fudges – Dorset Village Bakery.  His insight into the family business was emotive and personal and the story could so very well have emulated the rags to riches tale of woe that we hear when the third generation get involved.  Fortunately for the family and the business, the strategy they adopted worked well for them as they brought in external management to help them through and now they are going from strength to strength.  Read the full article here
